Prices vary according to the season and to the size of the flat (little or big)

Minimum stay: 7 days usually from Saturday to Saturday (but in low season we accept also whichever period the customer likes).The final cleaning costs 50 euro for little flats and 100 euro for the big flats. There are no other charges except than rent price and final cleaning.
DOGS: dogs are accepted provided they are not dangerous for children.
Deposit : You should pay an amount of 30% in earnest to confirm your reservation with a written contract and you will pay the remaining part at your arrival. The money on account should be paid in 7 days from our written arrangement by banking transfer. All expences are included in the price except bed and bathroom linen that customers should bring from home. We can provide linen at an additional charge of 50 euro.
